EAST LONGMEADOW—Glenmeadow will offer a presentation called “Through the Binoculars: Birds, Wildlife, and Climate Change” on Friday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to noon at Bay Path University.

As he read from his own work at a presentation on memoir writing, John Sheirer had me with an anecdote about the slaughtering of the family bull, Susie.
